3.2 Prices are listed in £GB (GB Pounds Sterling) and may be subject to VAT and shipping fees.
3.3 Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments, Stripe or Paypal (depending on which payment type you choose). We do not store your payment information.
3.4 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet reasonable expectations, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4.1 Please allow 3-5 days for unframed orders and 7-10 days for framed orders to be prepared, packaged and dispatched.
4.2 Domestic UK (England, Scotland and Wales) orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked (1-2 days). Delivery times may vary.
4.3 International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (7-14 days). Delivery times may vary.
4.4 Due to GPSR I am currently not able to send items to the EU or Northern Ireland.
4.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
4.6 Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or customs charges on international orders.
4.7 Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
